Esmil Ltd - ATEX standard reverse osmosis plant

For a manufacturing plant in China, Esmil had designed and built a reverse osmosis plant to treat contaminated water used in the production process and convert it back into recyclable water.

This required an ATEX standard safe control system. EIS-Axon designed the complete control system utilising a Siemens PLC. The contract included provision of the MCC with HMI Interface, intrinsically safe barriers and software design and integration. Graphical layout documentation was also required to aid installation and commission and help provide operating instructions for Chinese personnel.
